We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from BattleVoltPC. If you experience any issues, here’s how we handle returns and refunds:

Returns

• You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
• The product must be in its original condition, with all accessories, manuals, and packaging.
• Customized PCs may be subject to a restocking fee (to cover component reconfiguration).

Refunds

• Once your return is inspected and approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

• If your PC arrives damaged or defective, we’ll replace it at no additional cost. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Warranty Repairs

• Beyond the return window, eligible repairs and replacements are covered under our warranty policy.
